How to make decisions together? The iCoDaCo team and Veronika Uhlířová invite you to a workshop where they will present practical methods and tools for collective decision-making – from the practice used in education to their transfer to artistic collectives.

We will look not only at specific procedures and methods of collective decision-making, but also at the experiences of the iCoDaCo team from residencies, where they together looked for ways to make collective decisions in a fair, effective and creative way in the creative process. The workshop will help you find out whether this approach is suitable for your team, or whether you can at least take inspiration from it for selected phases of preparation and creation of your projects or internal processes.
