The class will be rooted in contemporary dance technique and the choreographer’s ongoing research for a solo work in progress. Its focus will be on the articulation of the arms in movement.We will explore themes such as the collaboration between body and intuition, the body as a geometric object in space, and movement as an expression of inner freedom.

This class is intended for all bodies that wish to take a moment to breathe and reconnect through a shared dialogue with themselves.

Klase būs balstīta laikmetīgās dejas tehnikā un horeogrāfes topošā solo darba izpētes procesā. Tās fokusā būs roku artikulācija kustībā. Klasē tiks apskatītas tādas tēmas kā ķermeņa un intuīcijas sadarbība, ķermenis kā ģeometrisks objekts telpā, ķermeņa kustība kā savas iekšējās brīvības izpausme. Klase domāta visiem tiem ķermeņiem, kas vēlās uz mirkli ievilkt elpu un atkal savienoties kopējā dialogā ar sevi.
