The iCoDaCo Sweden-based collective invites you to open training! This is not a class in the traditional sense, but a shared workspace - we do our thing, together. The first part of the session is yours to shape: warm up at your own pace, work on technique, improvisation, strength, mobility or recovery - do what you want or need right now. You can work independently or spontaneously join someone else's training. Scores and other materials will also be available on site for those who want to work on something new. During the last part of the hour, we gather for a joint activity that differs between days.
